How do I put my pc screen onto my plasma tv?
I bought a new 42" plasma tv, i also got an HDMI cable. I read the manual, but it doesn't say how to put my pc screen onto my tv screen.

some tvs dont do that but if they do you plug it in.

if you have the hdmi chord then you are all good. plug it into the computer HDMI slot and plug the other end into you tv HDMI. then you might have to put your tv on line 1 or line 2, depending on which one recognizes the HDMI, check the tv manual for that.
You have to look at the outputs on your PC as well as the inputs on your TV. Depending on what kind of computer you have and what operating system you have, you can connect the appropriate cable from the computer to the screen. What type of computer and operating system do you have, as well as what inputs/outputs do you have?
Guessing that your TV has HDMI input. To have your pc screen be displayed on your TV your pc/laptop must have the HDMU output capability.
I guess the easiest way would be to use an s-video, with it an RCA cable for audio.
connect pc to screen and find the correct channel( either trial and error or channel may say pc or pc connection.
right click on your desktop and click tab that says settings, click on screen that is not selected and then select extend my windows desktop on to this monitor, then you will have a picture on your tv.
now right click desktop again and select properties and then when the new window appears select twin screen.

Find an input on your TV that matches an output on your PC. Connect them with an appropriate cable.
