I went to see plasmas at a couple of stores and the picture was dull and dark looking compared to LCD and LED TVs. Whites weren’t really white but a sort of grey. They suffer in the brightness department too. I went to see the plasmas 42″ and was hoping to like them because they were picked by consumer magazines but was not really impressed.
So he basically stated all the +++ that a LED/LCD tv has but NONE of Plasma Tvs :))
This guy talks out of his ass, plasmas are the best.
While LEDs might be better it’s just an LCD screen with a much better back light system.

fact: plasmas have the most realistic natural and lag free picture.

Use less power, cost twice as much for the same size … so in 10 yrs, that power savings will be realized. LOL
I would like to add the “Honest Specification, Absolutely YES LED T.V.s and Monitors do Comsume 30% Less Energy than LCDs, but LCDs also Consume 60% Less Energy than Plasma T.V.s which such as Much Power as CRT Tubes=Plasma Energy 90% or higheir Energy Consumptions. The last Science fact is that Yes LED T.V.s and Monitors are Slimmer Thinner than LCD T.Vs but LCD T.V.s and Monitos are also Slimmer -Thinner than Plasma T.V.s . Plasma is the Fattest Plasma displays of all 3 Display Panels!!!!

@scarface4724 Yes! My monitor’s are led. My TV though is a plasma. I love the quality of both.
Plasma TVs are also more affordable, and have very high refresh rates
